Easy Parmesan Bread Bites
These parmesan bread bites are made from frozen or homemade pizza dough, cut into little bite-sized balls, covered in parmesan, fresh herbs, brushed with melted garlic butter and baked on a sheet pan. They can be eaten plain or dipped in your easy marinara sauce. What’s not to love about that?

Directions
-
Make the Garlic Butter
-
In a microwaveable bowl (or small saucepan), add butter and garlic and heat until melted.
-
Stir in salt, pepper, dried or fresh herbs. Add garlic powder at this point if using it instead of fresh garlic.
-
Preheat oven to 400°F.
-
After your dough has thawed and risen once in a greased bowl covered with cling wrap, gently press down the dough, making sure not to deflate it completely. Transfer dough onto a work surface and using a sharp knife, cut into 1-inch, bite-sized pieces.
-
Arrange them on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet, one inch apart.
-
Brush with garlic butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan. Be sure to reserve some garlic butter for a second brushing.
-
Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes or until just golden. Overcooking them to a browner color will make them crusty and dense.
-
Using a pastry brush, baste hot parmesan bread bites again with garlic butter as soon they come out of the oven and allow to rest for a few minutes to finish steaming through. Enjoy plain or dipped in marinara sauce.
